Competition Terms and Conditions
Promoter:
The promoter of this competition is Piteo Accounting & Advisory. Kicco Coffee is not involved in the running of this competition.
Eligibility:
This competition is open to residents of Adelaide, South Australia only. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and have a valid social media account to enter.
Competition Period:
The competition opens at 7:00 am (Adelaide time) on 1st October and closes at 5:00 pm (Adelaide time) on 7th October.
How to enter:
To enter, simply comment with your coffee order on the specified social media posts promoting the competition. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
You will be disqualified from winning if your post contains inappropriate remarks.
Prizes:
Three (3) winners will each receive 250 grams of whole coffee beans from our partner, plus postage within Adelaide. Type of coffee beans will be at our discretion.
Winner selection:
Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries after the competition closes. The selection will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing and winners notified within 7 days.
Notification:
Winners will be notified via direct message (DM) on the social media platform where they entered within 7 days of the competition closing. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, a new winner may be selected at the promoter’s discretion.
Postage:
Prizes will be shipped to the winners within Adelaide at no cost. The promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues with postage once the prize has been dispatched.
General:
By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed inappropriate or in breach of these terms. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
