We’re Hiring! Admin Assistant

Part-time Admin Assistant Position (2 to 2.5 days per week)

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our small office team in a part-time admin role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently completing tertiary education and looking to gain professional experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • answer and direct phone calls
  • greet visitors and manage reception duties
  • book meetings and schedule appointments
  • handle office supplies and manage orders
  • read, action, and manage emails daily
  • assist with database management
  • perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Skills and attributes:

  • completion of Year 12 studies
  • customer service experienced is required
  • admin experience (desirable but not essential; training provided)
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • thrives in a small team environment
  • professional presentation and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • full working rights in Australia
  • ability to start as soon as possible
