Part-time Admin Assistant Position (2 to 2.5 days per week)
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our small office team in a part-time admin role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently completing tertiary education and looking to gain professional experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- answer and direct phone calls
- greet visitors and manage reception duties
- book meetings and schedule appointments
- handle office supplies and manage orders
- read, action, and manage emails daily
- assist with database management
- perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Skills and attributes:
- completion of Year 12 studies
- customer service experienced is required
- admin experience (desirable but not essential; training provided)
- strong attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- basic computer skills (data entry, email, etc.)
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- thrives in a small team environment
- professional presentation and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- full working rights in Australia
- ability to start as soon as possible
