Operations Manager and Senior Accountant Sarah began her employment at Piteo Accounting & Advisory in 2017. She started her career in banking whereshe quickly found her true passion for numbers – lucky for us! This sparked further study as Sarah began undertaking her Bachelor of Commerce while working as a receptionist at a small chartered firm. Sarah’s career continued with a Junior Accountant role where the importance of listening and understanding a clients vision to help them build their business and create dreams was integral. This fundamental concept was carried with her ever since and is still an important part of how she conducts herself as an accountant today.

What are Sarah’s goals?

Sarah aspires to becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and undertake her Masters of Taxation. Through this, she hopes to assist Piteo Accounting & Advisory to continue to lead from the front as an innovative firm with the ability to fulfill the dreams and goals of clients while maintaining the boutique and unique customer experience clients currently love and expect.

What are Sarah’s recent achievements?

Since her employment at Piteo Accounting & Advisory, Sarah not only completed her Grad Diploma with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, but also commenced her new role as Operations Manager. Along with these accomplishments, the birth of her children has also been a major achievement so far.

What does Sarah enjoy doing in her spare time?

 Sarah and her family love baking together and deciding who gets to lick the spoons. She also enjoys spending time at the golf course or driving range, improving her swing – paralysis by analysis. Reading biographies and autobiographies (not the scary ones) also keeps her grounded and gives Sarah a real perspective on life as well as a sense of gratitude.
