Nariman has a Diploma in Accounting and is currently undertaking her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. However, her accounting career began in 2003 working as a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk and 2IC for Peregrine Corporation’s BP/OTR departments. After that, she spent 5 years as an accounts officer for a manufacturing company. For the last 3 years, she has been a bookkeeper and accountant’s assistant. Nariman has also been assisting her husband run their own family security business for the past 13 years.
Nariman’s love of numbers and helping clients keep on top of their accounting needs and tax obligations are what’s kept her in the industry for so long. She loves that not every client is the same so each day is different and there’s always something new to learn. She also enjoys the challenge of being kept on her toes, always learning, as the accounting industry is always changing with new rules and regulations. Who ever said accounting was boring? We don’t think so!
What are Nariman’s career goals?
We encourage continuous training and development within our team at Piteo so we’re pleased to hear that after completing her Bachelor of Commerce, Nariman’s goal is to continue her studies to complete the CPA program. Nariman’s vision is to help Piteo Accounting & Advisory grow and evolve in the best way possible to help her clients achieve greatness.
Nariman is married with 2 beautiful children, a son and daughter. When she isn’t crunching numbers at the office, she’s spending quality time with them, cooking and listening to great music. Music is good for the soul!
